Cal Valls was built towards the end of the 17th century in Vilagrassa, a beautiful hamlet with 350 inhabitants, near Tarrega. Back in 2006, the Valls family made it suitable for rural tourism purposes. The property is a member of the Catalan government run 'Independent Rural Accommodation scheme' (Allotjament Rural Independent-ARI).
Cal Valls can accommodate 14 guests in five rooms, all of them overlooking to Santa Maria Church 13th century. There is a bathroom on the lower floor, and two on the upper floor.
The property is ideal for those families or groups of friends who would like to switch off from hectic urban life and live in complete harmony with nature whilst still enjoying every comfort of modern life.
Cal Faba is a restored old rural house placed in the urban centre between 2 squares. The front face located in the Main Square faces the Romanic Church and its curious bell tower. The back side faces the Prepyrenee. The placing of Cal Faba, in a small town, has a welcoming and quiet environment, wich turns it in an ideal place for groups or families that want to enjoy a relaxed and pleasent stay. Its excellent connection with the town (direct exict from the Barcelona- Lleida Highway) and its nearness to Tàrrega, turn it in a place with all the services needed available.
