EL RINCÓN DEL DURATÓN

La Casa Grande (the Big House) is a three-storey house with capacity for up to 11 people . On the main floor is a cozy living-room/dining-room with a fireplace, with access to an integrated kitchen and a pull-out sofa for two. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom .
On the first floor there are three triple bedrooms, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace.
The basement comprises a wine cellar, tables, a fridge, a sink and a wood-fired oven. It also has a TV, refrigerator and music system
La Casa Pequeña (the Small House) has room for 7 people. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms, a dining-room/living-room with a fireplace, integrated kitchen and two bathrooms.
The first floor is a luminous wooden attic with four beds. It has TV, fridge and music system.
The former woodshed was refurbished and transformed into a 592 square-metre playroom.
The property is located in Torreandrada, Segovia, in the Hoces del Duratón region. The small, tranquil town has the typical Castilian architecture, and is surrounded by crop fields. Some interesting places to visit in the area are: Las Hoces del Duratón (9 miles away), Sepúlveda (14 miles). Aranda de Duero (25 miles) and Peñafiel (10 miles).
If you want to enjoy nature, you can practise canoeing, hiking, quad routes, mountain bike routes, mushroom gathering, etc.
