Neus de Pedra is a unique architectonic whole located in a privileged landscape, a valley between mountains and volcanos surrounded by forests, grasslands and rivers. It features a splendid Catalonian farm house built in 1622, Mas Roca, which ground floor shelters common services: front desk, reading & game lounges, pool, maps...
The old straw lofts have been restored and adapted in 5 apartments that sleep 2/4 people. All of them are meticulously decorated and fully equipped, featuring a detached living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
The outside features a swimming pool, a garden, horses, a 4 hectares vegetable garden, forests and crop fields.
It is very protected from environmental, visual and acoustic pollution, but at the same time it is located in a centered spot of a tourist region with great prestige. The hardest part, without a doubt, is to choose among the different offerings: culture related activities (El Call, the cathedral, Girona museums, the Dalí Museum in Figueres, Perelada and Cadaqués summer music festivals, the many medieval towns or cities in the old counties of Besalù and Empuries,...), nature related activities (Banyoles Lake, Garrotxa Volcanos, Aiguamolls and Cap de Creus Natural Parks,...) and sport related activities, there are many options in the coast (beach and sea) as well as in the inner part (golf, horse riding, parachuting, adventure sports, etc.). We can't forget the infinite options that Llémena's Valley offers for those who love trekking and taking naps.
