A group of five restored town houses that keep the typical building materials, space and characteristics of the district: stone walls, clay floors, hand-made wrought iron bars, wooden roof, cobbled courtyards with trees and flowers.All the details provide a natural and warm environment for a nice stay.
They are all full rental houses: two of them for two guests and the other three for four guests . So there is room for up to 16 guests in 8 double bedrooms .
They are furnitured and decorated to be lived. They are all different from one another which avoids the uniformity of a hotel. Furniture restored by the owners themselves, hundreds of curious antiques, most of them out of use nowadays, which have been got in antiquarians and flee markets.
The houses have double bedrooms, lounge-dining-room with a fireplace or stove, TV and DVD, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (butane gas hotplate or vitroceramic hotplate, fridge, microwave, toaster,coffee machine, furniture and kitchen ware).
There is a laundry shared by all the houses.
In the heart of Andalusia, Villaluenga del Rosario is a mountain village with 500 inhabitants, situated in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park , very near the Los Alcornocales NaturePark and also quite near Zahara de la Sierra and its spectacular swamp.
Casa Victoria is an ideal starting point for walks or tours: the White Towns Route, Grazalema, Ubrique, Setenil, Zahara de la Sierra, Ronda, Arcos de la Frontera, Càdiz, Sevilla, Doñana Park , etc…all of them at less than a day`s drive.
Important : You can’t smoke inside the houses. Pets are not allowed neither in the houses, nor in the courtyards or the communal areas.
