The house consists of two well differentiated independent and fully equipped floors of approximately 75 m2 each. Each one can hold up to six people.
Both of them include an open kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. They are rented separately but each floor must be fully rented. That will ensure the customers the necessary intimacy.
The whole house is completed with a rustic style on the floor, the walls and the ceilings which still preserves its original wooden timbers. The furniture and decoration are within the same style. It is the perfect place to enjoy several days in rural surroundings. La Casa Rural Valle de Palancia is located in Castellnovo. It is an strategic point in the center of the area of Alto Palancia, and a connection between Valencia and Teruel, from where you will be able to do numerous visits and trips. Only 20 minutes away from the beach, and 30 from the city of Valencia, with an excellent access by highway.
